I just had perhaps the most honest call I've ever had with a service company with T & M. My property has a septic system and was serviced and pumped by T & M a little over four years ago before I moved in. My system has been working perfectly in that time, but I've heard it's good to get it pumped or serviced every 5 or so years, so I decided to give them a call and schedule service. Marilyn was incredibly honest and a delight to speak with and was forthcoming in saying that she thought my system wouldn't need service for few years, but that if I ever have any issues in that time, they'll be right out to check it out.

This honestly is incredibly refreshing in a world where so many in the service trade are pressuring you into services you don't need or want. Although my septic didn't need service this time, I will certainly be using them again and can state that the system that they serviced has been working impeccably for years. If you have any septic issues, don't hesitate to call; you will get friendly service and can truly trust anything they recommend!
